- 4. Report completed (see section B2.3 and B2.4 of the
brief)
- 5. Elemental cost estimate by registered quantity surveyor
- 6. Form B (JG2) or form C (JG3) completed (all sections
are mandatory)
- 7. Form B (JG2) or form C (JG3) has been placed in sealed
envelope marked “undertaking”
- 8. Submission is free of any sign of identification
to ensure anonymity
- 9. Submission dispatched to reach competition administration
between 16 and 17 April 2008 (see C19)
